Keynote speaking for HR and leadership audiences
For organizations who want to help their people understand and own the conditions they create.
The Spaces We Create
Every leader is always creating a space for the people around them — whether they’re conscious of it or not. That space either opens people up or closes them down. And it ripples outward far beyond the room.
It doesn't stay at work. It goes home. Into families. Into communities.
And the inverse is equally true: when leaders create conditions where people are genuinely supported, the impact compounds in incalculable ways for their organizations.
Through stories from work and life, audiences leave having felt the profound difference we each have on one another. And with a sense of what it means to steward the spaces they create.

Speaker reel coming soon.
Built for:
Organizations who want every person in the room to understand and own the conditions they create — regardless of title or role
Leadership teams at cultural or organizational inflection points
HR and L&D conferences where the audience spans individual contributors and people leaders
All-hands and company-wide events where a shared framework for how we show up together would be valuable
Ethan is the founder of The Inertium, a leadership coaching and organizational practice based in Seattle. He's an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a former Boeing aerospace engineer — a decade designing jet engines, leading teams, and managing programs where the most persistent problems were never technical.
That background shapes how he speaks. He reads rooms. He works with the complexity in them. He brings the rigor of systems thinking and the depth of coaching methodology to an idea that lands differently when it's earned through story rather than declared from a slide.
The speaking comes from the same place as the coaching — a vehement belief that people have the power to create healthy, magical spaces around them. And that once this awareness lands, it extends far beyond work.
